खोरी गांव के लोगों की एक बड़ी समस्या है “सदमा” । जिस कारण से वे अलग-अलग तरह की समस्याओं से जूझ रहे हैं। विशाल की कहानी भी ऐसे ही लोगो का प्रतिनिधित्व करती हैं। इस तरह की कहानियां हम कुछ कुछ दिनों में भेजते रहेंगे। खोरी गांव के से उजाड़े गए लोगों की कहानियों को दुनिया के सामने कहते रहेंगे।

Father’s death due to shock

The mental health of displaced residents is often not discussed. Shock and depression are silent killers. Most residents of Khori Gaon have been suffering from depression after the brutal eviction. Vishal’s story represents them.

The podcast series brings to you stories from the ground. Each podcast focuses on a person’s journey. These have been collected and curated by the residents of Khori Gaon, who are also members of Team Saathi.

We are a group of activists and academics working in the field of environment, housing and informality who came together to join Khori Gaon residents in their long fight for justice. This collaboration we have undertaken with the residents is called Saathi which means comrade in Hindi.
