On 19th January 2025, Team Saathi organized an awareness workshop on the Right to Information (RTI) Act at Tuition Center, Chungi No. 3, Lal Kuan, Delhi-110044. The objective was to educate children and youth about their right to seek information from public authorities, ensuring transparency and accountability in governance.
The session was conducted by legal expert Farha Qureshi, who explained the concept, process, and impact of RTI in an interactive and accessible manner. Participants learned about their legal rights and how they can use RTI as a tool for ensuring accountability in public services.
